1) Download a free FTP client (a software) like FileZilla (click here to download).
2) After installing the software, double click on the FileZilla icon
to open the FTP client.
3) In the upper left corner, there is a field called “Host”. Enter suncastv.serveftp.org in the Host field, then enter community in the username field, and enter upload in the password field. Click on the “Quickconnect” button.
4) After connected to Suncastv site, you will see Suncastv’s folders and files showing up on the right side of the screen. Click on the folder where you want your file to be. The left side of the screen shows the directories and files in your own computer. Locate the file you want to transfer to Suncastv and double click on the file (or simply drag the file to the right side).
5) After double clicking on the file you want to transfer, there will be a "Transferring status" bar at the bottom of the screen, telling you the transfer speed and status.
6) After the transfer is completed, the Status Area will tell you “File transfer successful”.
